Expansion

New Nurseries

We are actively looking to expand our business throughout the South and South West of England and are keen to find buildings and sites in order to open high-quality nursery settings.

We have recently opened excellent nurseries and pre-schools in Exeter, North Bristol and Cheswick Village, Bristol which all serve to create outstanding environments for the children. Through a combination of conversion of existing buildings to the development of purpose-built facilities, we work hard in order to ensure that the best possible layout and finish for high-quality childcare and education is provided.

Our requirements

  • Buildings of between 4500 – 6000 sq ft at ground floor level.
  • External Play Area of between 2000-3000 sq ft.
  • 10 car parking/drop-off spaces.
  • Leasehold buildings.
  • Sites of approximately 0.35 acres in accessible or visible locations.
  • Freehold sites considered where we can work with our Development Partners.
  • Local centres, Business Parks, mixed-use projects and standalone sites.
