Your Role:

As Senior Room Leader, you’ll be a key member of our founding team, responsible for:

  • Leading and mentoring a team of practitioners in your designated room
  • Creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for children
  • Planning and delivering engaging activities aligned with our “Where Children Shine” curriculum
  • Building strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Supporting the Nursery Manager in operational excellence and compliance

What We’re Looking For

  • Level 3 or above qualification in Early Years Education
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within a nursery setting
  • Passion for child development and a commitment to safeguarding
  • Excellent communication and team-building skills
  • A proactive, positive attitude and a love for lifelong learning
