About Playbox
Nursery
Playbox is an Ofsted Good nursery, situated in the heart of Truro, opposite New County Hall and many other local businesses. With good transport links on the A390, the nursery is just 5 minutes’ walk away from Truro train station.
We offer a wide range of activities to support children’s development. On top of the Early Years Framework we include sessions in football, yoga, French, cookery, gardening, forest school construction, dancing and twice daily movement to music sessions.
In our under 2’s room we provide our babies with a separate sleep room which offers a restful, snug and temperature-controlled environment with a no shoes policy in the interest of hygiene. We have developed interesting sensory play to ensure that each day the children explore the world and learn in an enjoyable way.
Outside we have two decked areas allowing for free-flow opportunities along with a large mature apple orchard for the children to explore and discover.
