Nursery Manager – Brand New Nursery!
Are you a passionate and experienced Nursery Manager looking for a new leadership challenge, opening a brand new nursery setting?
Happy Days Nurseries is coming to Boorley Green in Early 2026 and we are seeking an experienced Nursery Manager to join us in opening and leading our brand-new, purpose-built setting.
As a Nursery Manager, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality childcare in a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for our children, and providing exceptional leadership for our colleagues.
You will have the rare opportunity to join us in advance of the Nursery opening, and will be an active stakeholder in the marketing, recruitment, set up, OFSTED registration and launch of our brand new nursery.

Happy Days Nursery, Boorley Green is being constructed to provide state-of-the-art facilities designed to provide the best possible environment for children’s growth and development. Our nursery will feature:
- Bright and spacious rooms tailored to different age groups
- A large outdoor play area with safe, age-appropriate equipment
- A dedicated sensory room to stimulate children’s senses
- Modern, well-equipped kitchen for nutritious meal preparation
- Secure access systems ensuring children’s safety at all times
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the nursery
- Ensuring high standards of childcare and education
- Leading and mentoring a team of dedicated staff
- Building strong relationships with parents and the local community
- Managing budgets and resources effectively
- Complying with all regulatory requirements and maintaining a safe environment
Requirements:
- Relevant childcare qualification (Level 3 or above)
- Proven experience in a nursery management role
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Passion for early years education and child development
