Nursery Manager – Part Time (32 Hours per Week)
Are you a passionate and experienced childcare professional looking for a new Nursery Manager role on a part-time basis?
Happy Days Nurseries is seeking a dedicated Nursery Manager to join our vibrant team at Bradley Stoke, in the Almondsbury area of Bristol. In this role, you will work in partnership with another established manager, providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for our children.

Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the nursery
- Ensuring high standards of childcare and education
- Leading and mentoring a team of dedicated staff
- Building strong relationships with parents and the local community
- Managing budgets and resources effectively
- Complying with all regulatory requirements and maintaining a safe environment
Requirements:
- Relevant childcare qualification (Level 3 or above)
- Proven experience in a nursery management role
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Passion for early years education and child development
