Happy Days Pre-school Out of School Club at Saltford Primary School is seeking afternoon playworkers to join their friendly team.

You will play a vital role in helping us inspire the future for our children, by offering them the very best care.

Your roles and responsibilities would include –

Performance

• Supporting the effective running on the out of school club by being organised, and have the ability to plan and prioritise your work
• Being positive, confident and honest
• Having great initiative and a “can do” attitude
• Knowing and upholding our policies, procedures and established working practices

Outstanding Childcare

• Caring for a group of children, ensuring that their care and development needs are being met at all times
• Understanding and implementing safeguarding, health and safety and welfare requirement policies and practices

Working with Others

• Be a dedicated team player, and valuing the experience and skills of your colleagues
• Continually striving to work together to deliver thee very best care and education for the children
• Supporting colleagues with empathy and care
