Nursery Practitioner – Level 2 or 3
Happy Days Nurseries located in Falmouth, is dedicated to providing the highest quality care and education for young children. Our dedicated team of professionals creates a warm and stimulating environment, ensuring that every child’s unique needs are met. We are currently looking for enthusiastic Nursery Practitioners to join our team.
As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in shaping the early experiences of children in our care. You will be responsible for providing a safe, supportive, and enriching environment that fosters children’s development. Whether you’re Level 2 or Level 3 qualified, your passion for childcare, creativity, and dedication will make you an essential part of our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care and education for children aged from birth to five years.
- Create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment that supports children’s physical, emotional, and intellectual development.
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities, ensuring children’s interests and needs are catered to.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain a clean, safe, and organized nursery.
- Communicate effectively with parents, keeping them informed about their child’s progress and well-being.
Requirements:
- Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or a related field.
- A passion for working with young children and a strong understanding of their developmental stages.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with both children and parents.
- Knowledge of the EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) framework.
- A commitment to promoting the well-being and safeguarding of all children in your care.
