Meet The Manager

Leanne Hancock

I am Leanne and I am super excited to be embarking on the journey with the nursery and yourselves and families/carers and all the children, here is a little bit of background about me.

I have 26 years experience within the childcare sector, from running my own business to being a childcare NVQ  assessor for Weston College . Working with children has always been a massive passion of mine and want to ensure my enthusiasm and knowledge is passed on to the teams I work with, to ensure high quality care and education for all children and their families /carers.

I myself have 4 children and two grandchildren  which I love to spend time with.

I really look forward to meeting  you all  and helping your children through their happy days journey

Meet The Manager

Nicola Reay

Hi, I’m Nicola and I have worked in the early years sector for over 20 years. Starting out as a level 3 Nursery Nurse, working and progressing to complete an early year’s foundation degree and leadership and management qualifications. I had the pleasure of opening Salisbury Nursery in January 2023, which was an amazing experience, working closely with the local community and families and to watch the children enjoy exploring a brand-new nursery.

I now have the pleasure of opening Verwood nursery in August 2024, alongside my team we are very excited to welcome new families into our nursery to begin their journey with us. We are always excited to meet new families and we promote our nursery through a range of stay and play sessions and events open to all, so please come along and met us or book a visit to see what we have to offer.
