Nursery Practitioner – Level 3
Happy Days Nursery & Preschool, Bath is seeking an experienced level 3 qualified Nursery Practitioner to join our fantastic team!
As Nursery Practitioner you will play a vital role in helping us inspire the future for our children, by offering them the very best care and education using our unique curriculum “Where Children Shine”
Your roles and responsibilities as Nursery Practitioner would include –
Performance
- Embodying our SHINE values (Support, Honesty, Inspiration, Nurturing and Empowerment) in everything you do
- Supporting the effective running on the nursery by being organised, and have the ability to plan and prioritise your work
- Being positive, confident and honest
- Having great initiative and a “can do” attitude
- Knowing and upholding our policies, procedures and established working practices
- Holding a recognised level 3 qualification in childcare
Outstanding Childcare
- Being a “key person” for a group of children, ensuring that their care and development needs are being met at all times
- Using our unique “Where Children Shine” curriculum to observe, plan and assess children’s learning opportunities
- Understanding and implementing safeguarding, health and safety and welfare requirement policies and practices
Working with Others
- Be a dedicated team player, and valuing the experience and skills of your colleagues
- Continually striving to work together to deliver the very best care and education for the children
- Supporting colleagues with empathy and care
