As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in shaping the early experiences of children in our care. You will be responsible for providing a safe, supportive, and enriching environment that fosters children’s development. Whether you’re Level 2 or Level 3 qualified, your passion for childcare, creativity, and dedication will make you an essential part of our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality care and education for children aged from birth to five years.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment that supports children’s physical, emotional, and intellectual development.
• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities, ensuring children’s interests and needs are catered to.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain a clean, safe, and organized nursery.
• Communicate effectively with parents, keeping them informed about their child’s progress and well-being.

Requirements:

• Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or a related field.
• A passion for working with young children and a strong understanding of their developmental stages.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with both children and parents.
• Knowledge of the EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) framework.
• A commitment to promoting the well-being and safeguarding of all children in your care.
