Happy Days Nursery Cheswick Village, Bristol, is thrilled to announce it has been awarded an ‘Outstanding’ judgement following a recent inspection by Ofsted, the education and care watchdog for England. This is a significant upgrade from their previous judgement of ‘Good’.
The report praises the nursery’s “inspirational managers” who have a “clear vision for their broad and highly ambitious curriculum.” Inspectors were impressed by how this curriculum is “thoroughly understood by staff and is delivered extremely well across the nursery,” ensuring children benefit from a wide range of experiences and learning opportunities.
The report highlights the nurturing environment at Happy Days Nursery Cheswick Village, where children “share strong attachments to their key person” and feel “safe and emotionally secure.” Inspectors observed children “joining in activities excitedly” and experimenting with learning through play, demonstrating their “exemplary” behaviour and ability to “share fairly, wait their turn and speak to each other respectfully.”
“We are incredibly proud of this achievement,” said Lily Lovegrove, Manager at Happy Days Nursery Cheswick Village. “Our entire team is dedicated to providing the highest quality care and education for our children, and this ‘Outstanding’ judgement is a testament to their hard work and commitment.”
Fiona Blackwell, Operations Director at Happy Days said, “We are committed to providing an exceptional learning environment where every child feels happy, safe, and challenged. This ‘Outstanding’ Ofsted judgement is a fantastic accomplishment for our entire team, and we look forward to continuing to provide the very best for our children and their families.”
The nursery has a limited number of places available, and parents are encouraged to contact the nursery as soon as possible to secure their place. Contact Lily Lovegrove on 01179 798 953 or email enquiries@happydaysnurseries.com.
