The Hollies Daycare Nursery was established in March 2002 and has an excellent reputation for providing first-class quality care. Situated in the Canton area of Cardiff, we aim to foster the development of the Welsh language and it’s culture in order to provide a continuum of care and education between home and nursery. In May 2023, The Hollies became part of Happy Days Nurseries and Pre-Schools. With a newly refurbished garden, The Hollies is the perfect environment for your child to thrive, have fun and learn.

Meet The Manager

Tracey Jones

I’m Tracey and I have over 18 years Early Years experience. Starting off at the Hollies as a nursery assistant, I gained my NVQ level 3 and 5 during my role as a practitioner. Just like Kim, I have been a part of The Hollies team for over 18 years. I am a firm believer that children should be given the best start in life and allow them to learn at their own pace in a warm, fun and homely environment.

Our Unique Curriculum

Happy Days has developed an ambitious, broad and balanced Early Years Curriculum titled “Where Children Shine”. It provides opportunities for children to learn, explore and discover, whilst attending a Happy Days Nursery.
