How We Integrate
When we acquire a new nursery the first and most important element we consider is the people. Supporting the team emotionally is our first focus, helping them feel comfortable with the change.
We have a dedicated Acquisitions Manager on site so that the new team have one point of contact whilst we introduce them to the wider team as the transition moves on.
We have developed a clear and flexible plan for integration as every acquisition is unique. We involve the new team in that plan so that they feel involved in the process and can have a say in how the nursery will develop.
By supporting the team through the process in this way we believe we are enabling them to remain focused on providing the best outcomes for the children and families we care for.
