Acting as a reserve squad who can be called upon for backup on when our team need an extra pair of hands, our Bank Staff are a crucial aspect of our continued success. If you have a love of children, messy play, and storytelling, you will have a place with us here no matter your age, occupation, or reasoning!
Our Bank Staff positions are truly flexible, allowing you to work shifts that mould around your needs. That could be any time between the school runs, an early morning when you’ve got lectures for the rest of the day, or a few days during the week so you can have a long weekend.
You need no higher education, additional qualifications, or experience to work with Happy Days in this way. All you need is enthusiasm for the role and the passion to inspire a generation of children.
