Newly open, we provide a safe, calm, and welcoming environment with fantastic outdoor spaces and free-flow access throughout the day. Our carefully selected resources encourage children to explore, experiment, and engage with the world around them.

Kim Amos

Nursery Manager · Happy Days Bristol Boorley Green

My name is Kim, and I bring 27 years of childcare experience, having worked in a variety of roles across early years settings. For the past 10 years, I have held management positions, allowing me to support teams, lead high-quality practice, and ensure positive outcomes for children and families. I hold a Level 3 qualification in Childcare and Education, and throughout my career I have completed numerous additional courses that have strengthened my ability to meet the individual needs of children in my care.

As a parent to two young children (aged 6 and 2.5), I understand firsthand the emotions and decisions families face from choosing the right nursery to navigating developmental milestones and everyday parenting challenges. This perspective has deepened my empathy and strengthened my partnerships with parents.

I believe every child deserves rich, meaningful experiences regardless of age or ability. By providing inclusive, nurturing environments, we give children the tools they need to become confident, curious, lifelong learners.
