October Activities Week at Exeter

Happy Days, Exeter are hosting a free activities week, the theme is Food from Around the World 🌍🍴

This special week is completely free to attend and packed with exciting, hands-on experiences designed to inspire children’s curiosity, celebrate diversity and explore the wonderful world of food!

Each day will follow a themed program across our nursery, with activities ranging from taste testing to yoga. Families will have the chance to enjoy unique experiences together, while also discovering more about Exeter.

Here’s a taste of what’s in store:

🍎 Marvelous Mealtimes Monday (18:00 pm-19:00 pm) – Taste testing, water play and fruit kebab making.
🥘 Tapas Tuesday (10:00 am-11:00 am) – Scented playdough, role play kitchen with foods from around the world.
🧘 Wellness Wednesday (14:00 pm-15:00 am) – Yoga and oral health.
🚜 Transportation Thursday (10:00 am-11:00 am) – Lets Grow activities and a Farm shop
🎉 Fabulous Food Fest Friday (14:00 pm-15:00 am) – Food tasting!

But it’s not just about the activities – it’s also a chance for families to:
👩‍🏫 Meet our team and get to know the passionate practitioners who make our nursery so special.
🏫 Tour the nursery in action, seeing how our environments support learning, play, and development every day.
💬 Ask any questions about funding, from government entitlements to our all-inclusive SHINE at Happy Days package.

Alongside the fun, families who attend will also have the opportunity to enrol without paying the enrolment fee, a fantastic way to join our community while saving on nursery costs.
