Since opening our first nursery in 1991, we have grown steadily over more than three decades. Today, we operate a network of nurseries across the South of England and Wales, supporting thousands of children and families every day.
Our growth has been driven by a careful balance of organic development and well considered acquisitions. By welcoming established settings into Happy Days and opening new nurseries in key locations, we have been able to extend high quality childcare to more communities while maintaining our standards.

To support the next phase of our journey, we secured significant growth funding in 2024. This investment has enabled us to accelerate our plans, including acquiring additional nurseries and continuing to invest in our existing settings, environments, and teams.
