Meet The Managers

Ellie Wickett

Hi! I’m Ellie, one of the Nursery Managers here at Bradley Stoke. I began my childcare career at Happy Days in 2016 as a Nursery Nurse and progressed through job roles over my time here. I have been Deputy Manager whilst Stacey has been on maternity leave, and have now taken on a new and exciting role as Nursery Manager. I have two young boys who I enjoy spending time with and on the weekends you’ll find me pitch side, watching my eldest play football.

I am really looking forward to managing Bradley Stoke and providing consistency for the team and families. I am passionate about providing a warm and safe environment and love watching children develop throughout their nursery years.

Stacey Bailey

Hello, I’m Stacey, one of the Nursery Managers at Bradley Stoke! I have worked in childcare for around 12 years now, and I have worked at Happy Days since 2015. I began my career with Happy Days as a Room Supervisor, and have been Deputy Manager for the past 5 years. I hold a level 3 qualification in Childcare and Education, and I have a level 2 qualification in Makaton.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending all my time with my son George and going out on day trips with him. I am really looking forward to progressing the nursery forward with Ellie, pushing our team to reach their full potential, and striving to be the best that we can be.

Meet The Manager

Lily Lovegrove

Hello! My name is Lily and I am the Nursery Manager at Happy Days, Cheswick! I have worked at Cheswick since July 2022, starting off as the deputy manager and being successfully promoted to Nursery Manager in January 2024 I hold a level 3 qualification in childcare and I also have my Level 3 Special Education Needs Co-ordinator award making me an Early Years Senco. I have worked in childcare since 2017, after leaving collage with my Level 2 in childcare, going into a Level 3 Apprenticeship, working my way up building knowledge and experience on the way. Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, playing netball and going on exciting adventurous holidays such as a 2 week safari in Keyna in November 2023! I am passionate and motivated in supporting my team in providing high quality childcare to all our children and families in a safe and welcoming environment.

Meet The Manager

Nicky Collinson

My name is Nicky and I have worked within Early Years for over 15 years and love working with all children and families. I enjoy watching children develop and grow through their play and learning and by supporting them through their early years of life.

I have three grown up children of my own and have recently become a grandparent. My interests are spending quality time with my family. I enjoy countryside walks and spending time relaxing in our holiday home on the Dorset coast.
