Jan 09, 2025

The Hollies Daycare Nursery based in Cardiff is extremely excited to announce they are currently undergoing a huge refurbishment.

The Hollies Daycare Nursery was established in March 2002 and has an excellent reputation amongst nurseries in Cardiff for providing first-class quality care. Situated in the Canton area, they aim to foster the development of the Welsh language and its culture to provide a continuum of care and education between home and nursery.

In May 2023, The Hollies became part of Happy Days Nurseries and Pre-Schools and in June 2024 we saw the opening of their newly refurbished garden.

Following a review of the environment, recourses and equipment within the nursery, The Hollies have began the work below…

•             New flooring and redecoration to 2-3 year rooms and pre-school rooms

•             Development of a new Baby Unit upstairs with new flooring and redecoration of all three adjoining rooms and a new changing area

•             Installing bi-fold doors into the 2-3s room and after school club allowing for easier access to the refurbished garden along with the 3-5s room offering children greater flexibility in where they choose to learn

•             New resources and equipment for the children

The Hollies Daycare Nursery will be posting regular updates throughout the process and look forward to showing you the results once work is complete.
