We’re thrilled to invite families from Verwood and the surrounding area to our Summer Celebration on Saturday 21st June 2025, from 10:00am to 1:00pm at Happy Days Nursery & Pre-School, Verwood.
Join us for a fun-filled day of discovery, creativity, and music designed especially for children under 5. From bubbles and bracelets to dancing and games, there’s something for everyone—plus the perfect chance to explore our brand-new purpose-built nursery and meet our amazing team!
🎨 What’s Happening at Verwood’s Summer Celebration?
Explorers:
- Blow and chase bubbles in our sensory garden
- Craft colourful party hats to wear all day
- Try hook-a-duck in our water tray play zone
- Enjoy Sing and Sign sessions to support early communication
- Decorate sweet foam “ice creams” and “candyfloss” in messy play
Discoverers:
- Dance the day away at our disco station with glow sticks and music
- Try neon painting for a colourful sensory experience
- Test your aim with classic ring toss games
- Explore musical fun with inflatable instruments
- Visit our information station to learn more about how we support your child’s development
Adventurers:
- Create tambourines and shakers to keep the rhythm going
- Design your own friendship bracelets to share with new friends
- Make your very own ice cream sundaes with fruit, sauces, and sprinkles
- Join in with Boogie Mites sessions for music, movement, and fun
🌟 Special Guest:
- Rock Baby will be joining us for a lively singing session in the garden—don’t miss it!
🎪 Extra Festival Fun:
- Mocktail station for a refreshing treat
- Hot dogs served fresh throughout the event
- Face painting and bunting across the nursery
