Meet The Manager
Stephanie Allen
Hi, I’m Stephanie. I’ve been part of the team in Cranbrook for 14 years, starting my career in the Pre-School room where I gained my Level 3 qualification. Over the years, I’ve worked across all age groups within the nursery, building a broad range of experience, and stepped into my management role in 2020. I am also a trained Mental Health First Aider.
I love being part of daily nursery life and supporting children across all areas of their development. Watching children grow in confidence, develop new skills and explore the world around them is one of the most rewarding parts of my role. I enjoy helping children build their communication, independence, social skills and curiosity through play-based learning and meaningful interactions. Seeing them progress from their first day to reaching key milestones and developing their own unique personalities is truly special.
