The prestigious award recognises the outstanding ways Happy Days connects with families, staff, and the wider early years community through its website, social media channels, and digital resources.
The judges praised Happy Days’ website as a “one-stop shop for parents, providing clear, practical information… from curriculum details and early learning approaches, to nutrition, menus and how children’s wellbeing is supported.”
The group’s innovative use of TikTok was also spotlighted, with behind-the-scenes content such as “day in the life” videos helping to revolutionise recruitment and reaching more than 300,000 viewers. Meanwhile, the Happy Days Podcast was described as “a fresh and innovative way to connect with audiences and showcase the team’s knowledge and passion.”
