This aspect aims to develop active and healthy habits for lifelong health, other programmes within this aspect include: Sun Safety, Oral Health, Let’s Move and Let’s Kick. At Happy Days, our Let’s Cook Programme encourages children to take an active role in choosing, preparing, and cooking simple dishes, helping them build healthy eating habits in a fun and hands-on way. Research shows that when children are familiar with ingredients and involved in the process, they’re more likely to try and enjoy new foods!
