Hello and welcome back to another episode from the Happy Days Nursery Podcast. As it is National Apprenticeship Week, we thought we’d answer frequently asked questions our early years apprentices have had before and throughout their apprenticeship.
In this episode we are joined by Jacob, an early years apprentice nearing completion and Alex, a Realise Training Assessor. This time we’re discussing the end of an early years apprenticeship, answering questions surrounding the apprenticeship duration, pay, completion and managing the workload.
